Why doesn’t it turn on if it’s new or recently installed?

This is usually related to installation, not the product.

• Not properly connected to the power supply
• Incorrect voltage (many units require 220V)
• Circuit breaker is off or misconfigured
• Child lock is activated
• In induction: no cookware detected
